About Lyneka
Lyneka is founder of Forward Solutions and creator of the 'Move Ahead at Work' program. She is certified as a Life Coach and Mental Health Counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors. She has been helping people change their lives and improve their career for over four years. She coaches entrepreneurs, executive leaders and professionals. She is also a mother to three beautiful children and currently resides in the state of North Carolina.
